These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your dealings with GRACIE TEMECULA LLC, doing business as Gracie Humaitá Temecula (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the text messaging program described below. By opting in, you agree to these Terms.
Program description
When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our form, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Gracie Humaitá Temecula related to your free trial and our classes. This includes replies to your inquiries, trial reminders and confirmations, schedule information, and occasional promotions.
Consent is optional
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking a trial or purchasing any membership or service. You can join the academy without opting in to texts.
How to opt out and get help
Text STOP to cancel. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again.

Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges for text messages come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Check your mobile plan for details.
Supported carriers and carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not within our control.
Eligibility
You must be the account holder of, or have authority to opt in, the mobile number you provide, and you must be at least 18 years old. Where the student is a minor, a parent or guardian provides the number and consent on the child’s behalf.
Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued participation in the messaging program after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
